Register for classes by using our Wellness Living site but know it is not required, feel free to arrive about 5-10 minutes before the start of class to get signed in. If you are a new student plan to arrive 10-15 minutes before class to introduce yourself to the teacher, complete a waiver and make yourself comfortable. Note: Studio is open 15 minutes before class starts

Mondays:

8:00 – 9:15am :: Rise N Shine Yoga with Amanda
Gently wake the body and mind to start your day or week, by taking time to open the muscles and joints then move into more strengthening asanas (poses). All Levels

6:30 – 7:45pm :: Precision and Play with Tori  

Perfect combination of structure and freedom. We explore specific alignment ideas in a way that gives you a toolkit for personalizing your poses. The physical practice is supported by the philosophy of yoga, humor and curiosity. Intermediate to Advance Students

Wednesdays:

9:00 – 10:15am :: Mindful Gentle with Crystal

Take advantage of the time to explore a mindful yoga practice without the distractions of the outside world and all its demands. Through this compassionate awareness explore what yoga is for you. Quite possibly improve day to day life and in ways that may surprise you! Great for Beginners!

6:30 – 7:30pm :: Intermediate Flow with Emily

Intermediate Flow is an opportunity to develop your yoga practice and explore various asanas. In this class we will challenge and nourish the body by building strength, flexibility, and balance. All are welcome!. Intermediate/Experienced

Thursdays:
6:30 – 8:00pm :: Restorative Yoga with Crystal Boschert
Restorative Yoga is all about slowing down, pausing, and checking in with yourself. Class starts with a gentle flow to get the body moving and warmed up, then you will be guided through relaxing restorative postures where props are used, which help you to hold postures longer while also allowing for a deeper stretch. A restorative practice is an important component to any weekly practice as it greatly restores and keeps your body and mind calm. Generally most restorative postures relieve stress by taking the practitioner into a deep state of relaxation. Restorative yoga is a great class for all levels and will leave you feeling calm and grounded. All Levels – Great to help to de-stress!!!!

Fridays: 

7:30 – 8:30am :: Strength Yoga with Ashley

This class will build strength in their whole body and mind. Learn to challenge yourself in this Vinyasa style class! Best suited for beginners or advanced students as several variations of poses offered. Beginners and Intermediate Levels 

9:00 – 10:15am :: Functional Flow with Amanda
This slow intentional flow class focuses on the bio-mechanical and functional movement of asana practice, with special inquiry to the pelvic alignment and low back with coordination of breath, inviting students to become aware and educated of their samskaras (habits and patterns).  You will be challenged in class, through balance, strength and effort, modifications will be offered to be accessible to all. All Levels

Saturdays:

9:00 – 10:15am :: All Levels with Crystal

All levels are welcome to practice during this yoga class. Whether you are a beginner or an advanced student modifications will be offered to grow and support your practice. All Levels – Great for Beginners!

Sundays:

9:30 – 10:45am :: Community Donation Based Yoga 

All levels welcome, this class is created so anyone may come and practice without having money be a factor. Yes we would love a class donation suggestion of $5-10, however you will never be turned away for not having a donation. Teachers of the class may still be in Yoga Teacher Training or may be Certified Registered Yoga Teachers.
